Su questo fatto si basa un film che non ho avuto la fortuna di vedere, ma dal titolo notevole: <nobr><a href=\"http:\/\/www.imdb.com\/title\/tt0268437\/plotsummary\">L&#8217;uomo che fece causa a Dio<\/a><\/nobr>.<\/p>\n<p>Questa la trama: <i>Billy Connolly plays Steve Myers, a lawyer who became a fisherman from frustration. When his one piece of property, his boat, is struck by lightning and destroyed <b>he is denied insurance money because it was &#8216;an act of God&#8217;<\/b>. He re-registers as a lawyer and sues the insurance company and the church under the geise of God, defending himself.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Notevolmente ho trovato anche gente che ha <big>veramente<\/big> fatto causa a Dio: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ananova.com\/news\/story\/sm_1576068.html\">un carcerato rumeno<\/a> ed <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.wsj.com\/law\/2007\/09\/18\/nebraska-state-senator-sues-god\/\">un senatore del nebraska<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Il senatore vuol dimostrare che il sistema legale \u00e8 stupido perch\u00e8 non pu\u00f2 fermare una causa inutile contro Dio, e <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ketv.com\/news\/14133442\/detail.html\">propone delle leggi blocca-cause-frivole.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Il carcerato \u00e8 pazzo e basta.<\/p>\n<p>I rumeni sembra abbiano bloccato la causa perch\u00e8 Dio non si \u00e8 manifestato in tribunale.<\/p>\n<p>In Nebraska invece Dio si \u00e8 presentato, in quanto onnipresente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nella giurisprudenza americana un imprevedibile causa di forza maggiore viene definita un &#8220;act of God&#8221;.
